Spring doesn’t officially start for another five days, but the season’s mild and pleasant weather has arrived early in the Rose City.
Portlanders should expect a partly sunny Saturday with a high temperature of 61 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. The low is forecast at 40 degrees.
It only gets warmer from there, and the Weather Service says some areas in the metro are expected to reach their first 70 degree day this weekend.
Sunday is forecast to be sunny and breezy with a high of 68 degrees. Monday’s high is expected to be 70 degrees and Tuesday’s is 71 degrees.
But don’t get too used to the balmy temps: There’s a slight chance of rain Wednesday.
